Bread heaven! It was tempting for me to try all kinds of bread – croissant, muffin, bagel, etc. – but I didn’t want to because my stomach might not have enough space for other dishes.
One of the few breads I tried and loved, Kesong Puti Pandesal! This Filipino bread is always a winner even though you put it beside other french breads and the like. Eating hot pandesal is one of the Filipinos’ way to start the morning.
The egg corner where we had our eggs cooked. In buffets, I always ask the chef to make me an omelet mixed with tomatoes, mushrooms and lots of cheese!
I was happy to see the Japanese station awake in the morning with sushi and sashimi all over. Although one thing was missing, fresh Salmon Sashimi 🙁
Filipinos create the best breakfast meal in the world! Beef tapa, sunny side up egg plus garlic rice made my morning. Heat’s Tapsilog won my heart. The way they marinated the tapa was strong and oh-so tasty that it left a mark on my taste buds. No need for vinegar or any condiments to add flavor to the meat.
1) Come Clean, which is a mix of strawberries and watermelon. It was my favorite drink for the morning.
For those who didn’t want the complicated blends, they can choose to get from the other juice station where there were orange juice, mango juice, apple juice, etc.
Wasn’t able to get from the noodles station anymore. My stomach couldn’t load up anymore. I had enough, I guess. 🙂
I remembered Pierre’s The Fruit Garden Jam when I saw these cute little jams on our table.
