Sizzling Brownies with Vanilla Ice Cream
This is the desert we ordered, still from Mainland China
This dish might be not new to some of you, because for me it wasn’t. But when I tried my first bite, I couldn’t stop getting more because its brownie was incredibly delicious, different from similar desserts I’ve tried before. The sizzling brownie with cold vanilla ice cream created a perfect tandem. The brownie itself was cooked perfectly, not too hard and not too soft. Plus, the sweetness was not too much, it was just right. Although the vanilla ice cream was ordinary, its average taste complemented the block of brownie. Its presentation made it more interesting since it was served on a sizzling plate, which is normally used for main courses or appetizers here in the Philippines like Gambas, Sisig, etc. 
 Surely eating this dessert is the perfect way to end our dinner.
