Through word of mouth, I found out about Mercato Centrale – the ultimate food fest every weekend. Mercato is situated in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) near MC Home Depot.
While going around, scouting for food, I was attracted to the food stall named Manang’s Chicken. Few meters away, I already smelled the aroma of their chicken wings. Based on that smell, I already knew it was something I would want to eat for that night.
I ordered their best seller, which is 6pcs. Chicken Wings. The chicken was deep-fried this way. Thank God the cook was wearing plastic gloves. Good job for being hygienic! 🙂

The sauce that they used for the chicken is a WINNER! I absolutely like it. It’s sweetness combined with the spicy taste makes the chicken more delicious.
