What’s something to look forward to? 

This 2012, prepare yourselves for another donut store to open in Manila!

I found out about this exciting news during a dinner with the club. I, together with Fran and Paul, was early for our Japanese dinner, which I will blog soon. So while waiting for the rest, Fran of frannywanny.com made my night interesting by presenting to me two big yellow boxes with the logo J.Co. I didn’t know what J.Co was until she carefully opened the boxes and tada!, they were boxes full of colorful and appetizing J.Co Donuts. 😀

According to her, J.Co is a recognized Donuts & Coffee brand in Asia, having branches in Malaysia, Singapore, China and Indonesia, where the brand originated from. She cheerfully announced to me that J.Co will also be opening here in Manila, Philippines.

As soon as Fran opened the boxes of J.Co Donuts, I didn’t hesitate to get my fingers dirty and try these donuts! Since we started the dinner late, I began to stuff myself with these sweet and pretty donuts while waiting for the others.

Let me show you some snapshots of what I tried from J.Co Donuts:

J.Co Donuts on the table were so appetizing to look at. I actually couldn’t decide on what flavor to try first. I didn’t know where to start! Haha! 

Matcha Green Tea Donut – The first donut that caught my attention. Never tasted this flavor yet. I imagined Kitkat Green Tea from Japan when I saw this donut.

Two thumbs up for their Matcha Green Tea Donut! I will get myself one when J.Co opens s-o-o-n!

Overall, I love the level of sweetness these donuts have. The flavors are unique and hindi nakakasawa! Hindi O.A. ang sweetness nya unlike other donuts. I don’t know the names of each flavor yet but so far, all of the J.Co flavors I tried didn’t fail me. I have a feeling you guys will enjoy these donuts as much as I did. I am so excited for you guys to try them!!! 🙂

Don’t worry guys, you will be able to try them S-O-O-N!
