“Hindi ka magsisisi sa Sisig ng Dencio’s!”
In English, you won’t regret tasting Dencio’s famous sisig.
For how many years, Dencio’s has been known for their ultimate Pork Sisig. I believe it is their trademark and it’s the dish people remember from them. My friends from high school love dining at Dencio’s. For its quality, it is very affordable plus all your favorite Filipino dishes are included on their menu. Back in the days, we frequent the branches at Eastwood and the one at Capitol Hills. Now you ask, where is Capitol Hills? Is that place even existing To answer you, it is Dencio’s best branch so far.
Before I show you what’s special about Capitol Hills branch of Dencio’s, let me start the ball rolling by introducing you to what meals to try at Dencio’s.
Crunchy Kwek Kwek (Php 139)
Rate: 4/5
The gourmet version of street food quek-quek. Dencio’s added twist and style to eating kwek kwek by using wonton wrappers and cutting it to strips and make a crunchy texture of kwek kwek.
Crispy Chicken Skin (Php 129)
Rate: 4/5
Next on our line up is another street food, Crispy Chicken Skin. Every bite has that crisp you want in your chicken skin. No need to peel off pieces of chicken and save the skin for the last. No hassle, all skin is yours alone!
Spiced Pork Balingit (Php 129)
Rate: 2/5
It’s more like a sweet & sour pork to me. Beside all the plates, this is the most unappealing for me.
Chicken Isaw Sisig (Php 169)
Rate: 5/5
I know most of you Filipinos long for Isaw. How can I tell you this… Well I’m not a fan of isaw. It’s not just my type of food. However, trying this Chicken Isaw Sisig impressed me. I didn’t feel the real texture of isaw. It grabbed my attention as it gave me the taste I enjoyed. Creating a recipe that incorporates the style of sisig into it made me love Dencio’s Chicken Isaw Sisig.
Asparagus in Garlic (Php 175)
Rate: 4/5
The one and only healthy plate we had. It’s refreshing to include some greens into that porky and unhealthy lunch. With all the sisig, chicken skin, etc., Asparagus in Garlic squeezed in some nutrition in our bodies.
Dencio’s Krispy Pork Sisig (Reg – Php 209; Large – Php 219)
Rate: 5/5
Take a look at that photo above. Isn’t it enticing you to grab a spoon and scoop your way through that sisig plate? Dencio’s has one of the best Sisigs in the world! Oh yes, I can compare it from the world since Sisig is our Filipino pride.
The crunchy texture won’t disappoint. That’s their best asset, to place some crunchy skin mixed in their sisig plate. Never ever miss out Dencio’s sisig. You won’t regret it! That’s for sure!
For drinkers, they love this crunchy hot plate of sisig as their “pulutan” or snack paired with a bottle of cold beer.
If you’re in a big group and on a budget, these Bilao choices might be good for you…
Krispy Pata Bilao (Php 1690)
Rate: 4/5
That’s Sinigang Rice in the middle by the way. It was something new for me to pair Krispy Pata and Sinigang rice.

Barbecue Bilao (Php 1330)
If you ask me, I prefer Java rice over Sinigang rice. For Dencio’s sizzling meals and Filipino favorites, either Java or plain rice suits those said dishes.
Nilasing na Hipon sa Taba ng Talangka (Php 185)
Rate: 3/5
Halo-Halo with Ice Cream (Php 102)
Rate: 3/5
So why I love Dencio’s Capitol Hills branch…
Aside from their terrific Filipino dishes, the green (archers) view hypnotized my eyes!!!
Just imagine, while sitting around and dining with your loved ones, you enjoy that magnificent golf course view. Sisig is taking its next level with that kind of environment.
Really hypnotizing guys! I just couldn’t take my eyes off that view. The set-up is almost perfect. I feel like I’m miles away from Metro Manila when I was only at Dencio’s Capitol Hills. Definitely a different side of Quezon City!
Whether you visit during the day or night, the view won’t stop alluring you.
These 2 guys entertained me, Andrei and Spanky! 🙂
My foodie friends kept me company.
That’s where I met Jaz of EricJaz Foodies blog.
Can I just say I love her! The first time we had our conversation, I knew we will really click! 🙂
Thank you to Mr. Dennis Nakpil for inviting us. Thank you for supplying Filipinos with your incredible crunchy sisig! Cheers to you and the success of Dencio’s!
