It doesn’t mean that Christmas season is over, gatherings are over. From time to time, it’s good to catch up with old friends, any time of the year. With the busy month of December, plus traffic in all streets of Manila, plans sometimes don’t push through. I’m not gonna resist cheese. Whenever there is a buffet, the cheese station is one of the important stations I must visit. My personal cheese favorites are brie, mascarpone, manchego, monterey jack and mozzarella, especially mozzarella sticks!
