When you reach your 4th restaurant stop at the Cloverleaf Northern Bite Food Tour, you are an animal if you’re still not full. Down to 2 more stops, I couldn’t wait anymore to reach the dessert part. But when they told me King Chef was the next stop, my stomach instantly became available, expecting King Chef to satisfy me again.

5th Stop: King Chef
238 Center, Banawe cor Panalturan St. Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/kingchefph/
King Chef is one of the Chinese restaurants I admire for its quality and consistency. Whether it’s in their dimsum or seafood restaurant, King Chef has a strong following because of their great authentic Cantonese food.
Steamed Suahe |
Their eyes were on me, I didn’t have a choice but swallow them all! I love the freshness of King Chef’s Steamed Suahe.
Sautéed Squid in XO Sauce |
Pork Eggplant Hotpot |
Yang Chow Fried Rice |
Everyone gave full attention to the Yang Chow Fried Rice. Very pinoy, we all can’t eat all the saucy Chinese food without rice. Haha!
Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet |
I thought I was over the sweet & sour phase of my life, but I still can’t resist the simple Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet.
French Beans with Salted Egg |
“That’s my favorite!” I shouted when the plate of French Beans with Salted Egg was laid on our lazy susan.
Pancit Canton Guisado |
Cheers to long lives! We ended our King Chef feast with the festive looking Pancit Canton Guisado.
6th Stop: Caffe Dolce
848 Mezzanine Level, Banawe cor Linaw St. Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Caffe Dolce attracts art enthusiasts who are into coffee and desserts. With a strong touch of femininity, the ambiance makes you want to call your girlfriends, sit and chat over coffee or tea. I attended the event without O. 🙁 I really missed his company that time.
Cappuccino |
Assorted Pastries |
A dessert buffet spread was prepared for us! My mind wanted to try every single pastry on the table just to give me an idea how they all taste like. But my stomach refrained me from doing that bad idea. Well, it couldn’t handle too much food anymore. I tried what I can.
If desserts and coffee are your weakness, mark Caffe Dolce as your next spot to conquer.
We finally reached the end of my Cloverleaf Northern Bite Food Tour. A gastronomic feast of 6 restaurants in the Banawe area from morning until afternoon.
Ayala Land showed us the great potential of the area. With the development of Ayala, building a better and safer community, the northern side of Metro Manila will be improved more.
Visit Ayala Land’s Cloverleaf page for more details! 🙂
